Workshop: Pelvic floor feeling & understanding on 17 June 2026

Speaker: Christina Hopf, pelvic floor specialist and yoga teacher

In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to discover your pelvic floor in a new, gentle way to discover.
You will learn about its structure and, understand its role in posture, stability and well-being and receive practical guidance, such as how you can achieve mindful awareness, breathing and gentle movements can support it.
In addition to the theory and the exercises there is also space for exchange, reflection and your personal experiences.
A workshop, which strengthens body awareness, inner connection and self-care.
No prior knowledge is required.

Please prepare the following for the workshop:
– Comfortable clothing
– a mat or armchair
(the practical. exercises can be performed either on a mat or in a chair while sitting performed)

My name is Christina, a pelvic floor specialist and yoga teacher.
Four years ago I launched my passion project into life, feeling into life called to support women in every stage of life with gentle pelvic floor yoga and targeted pelvic floor training to support.

My journey is a personal one: Through my own experience with vaginismus I have learnt, how crucial bodywork, conscious breathing and mindfulness are crucial for the connection to own body and pelvic floor to rediscover. Today it is my mission to bring the pelvic floor out of the taboo zone and make it and make it forwomen once again tangible and visible to make.
