Strong despite endometriosis – self-care & mental strategies for a better quality of life. Endometriosis takes a toll not only physically, but also emotionally. This workshop is all about looking after yourself again, without feeling guilty. You’ll gain insights into how to build your mental resilience, make the most of your resources in everyday life, and treat yourself with more kindness. To conclude accompanies you on a guided imagery journey to your “safe place”, a moment of peace, which reminds you that You are allowed to let go and draw new strength.

ENDOYOGA® Talk and yoga session (60 mins) - in total. Ninety minutes
In this online talk you’ll gain an insight into the concept of ENDOYOGA - a gentle, body-centred form of yoga, which is specifically designed for people with endometriosis and other discomforts during the menstrual cycle has been developed. ENDOYOGA helps you to, become more mindful of yourself, physical and emotional tensions to accept and step by step let go.
During a cosy get-together the focus is on sharing stories and socialising. Coffee, tea and snacks are provided. We’d be happy to try to answer your questions .
