ENDOYOGA® Talk and yoga session (60 mins) – in total. Ninety minutes

In this online talk you’ll gain an insight into the concept of ENDOYOGA – a gentle, body-centred form of yoga, which is specifically designed for people with endometriosis and other discomforts during the menstrual cycle has been developed. ENDOYOGA helps you to, become more mindful of yourself, physical and emotional tensions to accept and step by step let go.

Nach dem kurzen Vortrag über die Wirkweise und Hintergründe von ENDOYOGA wirst du eingeladen, gemeinsam eine 60-minütige Yogaeinheit zu erleben. The focus is here on relief, self-care and a loving approach to your body.

What you need for your yoga session:
(Please prepare yourself before the lecture)

– a non-slip mat / yoga mat
– comfortable clothing
– something to drink / Tea
– a quiet place, where you can be undisturbed

The event will take place online via Zoom on – you can take part in a relaxed manner from the comfort of your own home at home. No prior knowledge of yoga is required for the yoga session. You can take part as a beginner or as an already experienced yogini.

About the speaker:
I am Jasmin Scheffler – Founder of Livija – your space for yoga and coaching in Hamburg. Als zertifizierte Yoga- und ENDOYOGA-Lehrerin sowie Sozialpädagogin begleite ich Menschen mit Endometriose und alle, die sich nach mehr innerere Freiheit sehnen. Mit Herz und einem ganzheitlichen Blick arbeite ich mit Vinyasa Yoga, sanften Yogaeinheiten und ENDOYOGA® und begleite Menschen im Rahmen eines Coachings. My aim is to spaces in which you can feel yourself again and your body with love perceive and find your way back to your strength again can.
