Severe pain caused by endometriosis can significantly restrict (working) life at times severely restrict. And yet: You grit your teeth and push through. As a woman, you have learned to function. Perhaps you feel shame, because you are already feeling pain again. Perhaps you have the feeling, you have to give more to prove yourself. In this talk, I want to encourage you: You are fine, even when you aren’t at 100% functioning. Nobody has to be.
Due to the pain, the pressure, the stress that those affected put themselves under, the mental load and the emotional work that many women additionally shoulder, often results in a high level of stress.
We look at the stressors together that have an effect unconsciously, as well as ways to strengthen your mental resilience and you will receive tips for self-care in everyday life, which are easy to implement and effective are. The focus of this webinar is empowerment, dealing with stress and the promotion of resilience.

I work with my clients in my Vienna practice, online and outdoors. Nature is a key pillar of my work – it serves as both inspiration and a source of lasting stress relief. I incorporate it into my mentoring sessions and workshops, combining my knowledge of forest bathing with modern resilience training. Empowering women is a particular priority for me, as women experience stress differently to men and are more frequently affected by it. I have experienced the effects of chronic stress myself – both mentally and physically – after working in the media and marketing industry for over 15 years and being under considerable pressure as a manager. I support my clients with extensive expertise and personal experience, using a holistic approach – mind, body & soul – on their journey towards greater self-connection, self-confidence, joie de vivre, clarity and peace of mind.
