Team
Our commitment – with heart and conviction
Each and every one of us puts in all the energy and time we can in our free time. We also struggle with personal challenges, have to make a living, juggle our own illnesses, family and friends, private obligations and needs as well as our everyday lives.
We always try to take good care of ourselves – because we know how important it is and because we want to be a role model. Our aim is to make a lasting and enjoyable impact without overburdening ourselves. Because we can only be there for others if we take good care of ourselves.
There is so much to do. We are working on many issues at the same time, campaigning for change, fighting for visibility, education and support for endometriosis and our association. But we are not infinitely resilient. We can’t achieve everything we want or what the community hopes for. And that’s okay. We don’t aim to please everyone – because our focus is on making a lasting difference without losing ourselves in the process.
What drives us? The small and large signs that our work makes a difference and is appreciated. Every positive response, every like, every message that says: “Thank you for your work”, every donation, no matter how small, to support our actions. This gives us strength and motivation and shows us that our efforts count!
Thank you for being here! 💛
Our Board of Directors
Michaela Hablesreiter (formerly Kahr)
I’m Michaela and the founder of EndÖ! 💛
I lend a hand wherever support is needed – be it in organizing our appointments, moderating exchange meetings, interviews or communicating with patients and doctors, etc.
After a long fertility journey, I was able to become a mom in February 2023 and am currently expecting our second child after further fertility treatments. I am also happy to discuss this topic with you.
My intention with EndÖ was to create a contact point for those affected – a place where they feel understood, in good hands and supported. EndÖ should also serve as a link between those affected, impart knowledge and strengthen skills. Another goal of why I founded EndÖ was to create more understanding for endometriosis in the public and personal environment.
I’ve put a lot of time and heart and soul into setting it up and I’m so happy to have such wonderful women at my side! 💛 Come and join our team too! 🙂

Jasmine Egerer
I’m Jasmine and I’ve been a volunteer part of the great EndÖ team since December 2022 💛
My tasks include taking minutes and formulating texts.
I find the exchange within the framework of self-help very valuable and helpful, which is why I am actively involved in EndÖ to support as many sufferers and their relatives as possible.
As we can achieve much more together, we are trying to improve the framework conditions for dealing with endometriosis for all of us.

Viktoria Kerstner
Hello, I’m Viktoria.
Since my endometriosis diagnosis in 2023, I have also been involved in the association. My diagnosis experience has strengthened my desire to improve the care and visibility of those affected in the long term.
As a doer who enjoys organization and creative ideas, I bring structure and implementation power to my voluntary work at EndÖ. I am currently completing a Master’s degree in “Leading Transformation for Impact Organizations” and am working on the question of how we can positively change organizations and society.
What particularly motivates me at EndÖ is our strong team: moving forward boldly together, taking responsibility and making a tangible impact.
My vision is a society in which equality is a matter of course and we work together in solidarity.
Nice that YOU are here!

Verena Buck
Hello, I’m Verena.
Despite countless treatments, my endometriosis diagnosis took 27 years. From the first symptoms to the hysterectomy at 42, after which I found out that I had deep infiltrating endometriosis and adenomyosis. The members of EndÖ have helped me to deal with my own story with a lot of encouragement and compassion. I think it is particularly important to promote networking around the topic of endometriosis so that other women can receive faster and better care. I am happy to take on organizational tasks at EndÖ to promote our activities. I am allowed to moderate our exchange meetings and presentations and am happy to be able to contribute to our experience…
You are not alone!

Eva Anderhuber-Tutsch
I am Eva and I come from Graz.
For several years now, I have been able to support Michaela in her work for women with endometriosis throughout Austria by sometimes helping with the formulation of various texts or – and this is what I enjoy the most – being part of the moderation team for the EndÖ Congress for the last few years.

It is very important to me to exchange ideas with other sufferers and like-minded people. The open dialog and exciting presentations by experts enrich my knowledge and show how important education and mutual support are.
In order for endometriosis to get the attention it deserves, we need to talk about it and make a difference together!
It fills me with joy and purpose to be part of this dedicated team and thus encourage and offer support to others affected. 💛

Sophia Priest
Hello, I’m Sophia. 🌻
I have been supporting EndÖ on a voluntary basis since August 2025. I create our newsletter for you every month, take care of changes to the website and am also active on social media.☺️
I was diagnosed with endometriosis in July 2024. Sharing experiences with others has helped me to cope better with the disease – I would now like to pass on this feeling of understanding and solidarity. 💛
In my free time, I spend a lot of time with my animals, which give me strength and peace. 🐴🐱

Annika Kneidinger
Hi, I’m Annika 😊
I have been part of the EndÖ team since August 2025. I live in Upper Austria and am affected by endometriosis & adenomyosis myself. So I know from my own experience how many questions, worries and challenges this disease brings with it. That’s why it’s all the better for me to be involved in EndÖ, where the focus is on education, exchange and support.
It’s particularly important to me to show that a fulfilling life is possible despite endometriosis. Self-help plays a big role for me in this – because we can give each other understanding, strength and hope.
