Endometriosis Austria (EndÖ) is a nationwide patient organization based in Wels, Upper Austria.
We see ourselves as a community-driven platform that supports people affected by endometriosis—from the very first suspicion through to long-term management—through knowledge, exchange, and practical support.
We are actively engaged at the political level to improve the structural conditions of care for those affected.
Become part of our movement and help make a real difference in the lives of people living with endometriosis and adenomyosis!

New Guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of Endometriosis
The gynecological societies of Germany (DGGG), Austria (ÖGGG), and Switzerland (SGGG) have jointly revised and republished the guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.
The updated S2k guideline reflects the current state of scientific knowledge and aims to further improve patient care.
Certified Endometriosis Centers
We always recommend consulting endometriosis specialists. There is a distinction between certified and non-certified professionals. If a specialist is not certified, this does not reflect their expertise or qualifications. However, certified centers must meet specific criteria and are regularly reviewed.
You can find an up-to-date list of certified centers on the website of the Endometriosis Research Foundation:
